Provides 38 units of housing in Burien’s Seahurst community for income eligible seniors 62 years of age or older and in certain cases for persons with disabilities that require four architectural features of a unit. Application must be at or below 30% median income and able to live independently. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted income. .

This program has a current wish list and needs donations of the following new or used items: dinner or luncheon plates, silverware, gravy boats, round table cloths, desk lamps, TV converter boxes, twin sheets, blankets and comforters.
